Report nuisance behaviour

What we can help with
We can deal with unlawful nuisances, such as:
- Domestic noise such as loud music, DIY work, and barking dogs
- Car and intruder alarms
- Noise from pubs and clubs, commercial premises and construction sites (outside of permitted hours)
- Disturbances from bonfires
- Dust, smells and fumes
- Artificial light from premises
We cannot help with
- Aircraft, railway, and road traffic noise
- Overhanging branches
- Broken fences
- Domestic smells
Report a nuisance
If the nuisance is happening now, you can report it using our online form.
The form is hosted on the Merton Council website for the Regulatory Services Partnership. To submit a report, you will need to create an account and sign in.
Sign in to report nuisance behaviour
- Choose Wandsworth from the list of councils
- Select 'Requests' and then 'Submit a Request/Complaint'
- Choose 'Noise, Nuisance and Pollution Complaint' from the menu under 'Request Subject'
Please do not report a nuisance using this online form if you live on a council housing estate, as there is separate guidance for this.
