Renew a premises licence
It is the responsibility of the licence or permit holder to pay their annual fee by the relevant date to prevent the licence or permit from being suspended.
Fees
An annual fee (also known as a renewal fee) is payable by the holder of a premises licence to renew the licence. It is due on the anniversary of the granting of the original licence.
The amount of the fee is based on the non-domestic rateable value of the premises. You can find details of your non-domestic rateable value on the Valuation Office Agency website.
View the annual fee scale to find out how much you will need to pay for the renewal of a licence.
