Cancel or amend a highway licence
You should let us know if you want to cancel a licence application or make a change to it.
Timescales
Requests to change or alter a licence must be received on the day of submission by 3pm.
For amendments or cancellations after the day of submission, there must be a minimum of two clear working days before the start date of a licence.
For example: If a licence is due to start on a Friday, the request to cancel or amend the licence must be received on the Tuesday before 3pm.
Please allow extra days for weekends and bank holidays.
If the correct notice period is not provided we are unable consider cancellation or alterations.
How to notify us
To cancel or make a change to a licence application, email highwaylicences@wandsworth.gov.uk with:
- Your name
- Address of the licence
- Date of the original request
- The change you require
Renew a licence
Highway licences can be renewed using the relevant licence application form.
