Building control system changes
We are upgrading our system, and some services will be unavailable whilst we complete the work.
Applications submitted from Friday 11 September will not be processed until Friday 25 September. Deadlines will be extended accordingly.
Site visits can be requested and will be processed as normal.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We will reject your application if it shows major contraventions of the building regulations. Wherever possible we will approve it, if necessary with conditions where we need additional information or if minor changes are needed.
If you disagree with our decision you have the right to appeal.
