Who can renew

Using this form, you can renew members who are aged between 13 and 17 years old and have their own membership cards. Children under 13 already registered as part of your membership will be automatically added to your card. 

Over 18s should complete their own application. 

If your email address, home address or number of members on your card changed since you made your last application, you will need to make a new application.  

Documents required 

To access discounts and concessions under this scheme, you need to prove that you are still a Wandsworth resident and meet one of the eligibility criteria listed below. 

You will need to submit the required proof through this form, so please have this ready. 

Proof of Wandsworth residency 

The following are acceptable proofs of residency. They must be dated within the last 6 months: 

  • Bank statement  
  • Mobile phone bill  
  • Utility bill 
  • Other dated government document  

Proof of eligibility 

Acceptable evidence would be a letter of eligibility or proof of payment to bank account dated within the last 6 months for one of the following:  

  • Free School Meals 
  • Asylum Seekers and Refugees (Evidence via Asylum Application Registration Card – ARC, Visa Document, BRP, or Evisa) 
  • Universal Credit 
  • Jobseekers Allowance 
  • Housing Benefit 
  • Council Tax Support 
  • Disability Living Allowance 
  • Incapacity Benefit/Severe Disablement Allowance 
  • Carer’s Allowance 
  • Child and Working Tax Credit 
  • Income Support 
  • Pension Credit 
  • Looked after children/care leavers 
  • Employment Support Allowance (ESA) 
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP) 
  • Attendance Allowance

After you apply 

You will receive a digital card with a QR code. If you have a smartphone this can be added to the wallet and displayed when accessing discounts and concessions.  

If you have noted you have children/dependents to be added to the card, this is shown: 

  • Android: by clicking on the three dots at the top right of the digital card when this is in your phone’s wallet 
  • Apple: by clicking on the 'i' information sign on the bottom right of the digital card when this is in your phone’s wallet 

If you requested a physical card last time, you will be sent a physical card again. If you need to change your preferences, please email us at accessforall@wandsworth.gov.uk once you have made your application.

Please note, the physical card will be sent in addition to the digital card.
