Apply for Access for All terms and conditions
By using the Access for All card, you accept the following terms and conditions:
- The card remains the property of Wandsworth Council and must be returned upon request
- The card is for the sole use of the person named on it and not for anyone else, except any children/dependents registered on the card
- You must not loan or sell the card
- You must take all reasonable care to look after the card. If it is lost or stolen you must inform us by emailing accessforall@wandsworth.gov.uk. Your old card will be cancelled and you will be re-issued with a new card
- The card is not valid if altered, damaged or defaced in any way
- We do not guarantee that all offers related to the card will always be available and it is your responsibility to check beforehand. Offers may be subject to change and availability without notice
- Please check and ensure you are happy with the terms and conditions of the places where you use your Access for All card
- All cardholders must treat staff and other users with respect
- Wandsworth Council reserves the right to withdraw/amend the card at any time without notice
- The council reserves the right to alter or withdraw the Access for All scheme and its associated concessions at any time without notice
- The Access for All card will not be accepted as an identity or proof of age card, other than for specified services included within the Access for All membership
- This Agreement is governed by law of England and Wales and the is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- Any breach of these conditions may result in the withdrawal of the Access for All card and your membership to be cancelled
