Documents required
To access discounts and concessions under this scheme, you need to prove that you are a Wandsworth resident and meet one of the eligibility criteria listed below.
You will need to submit the required proof through this form, so please have this ready.
Proof of Wandsworth residency
The following are acceptable proofs of residency. They must be dated within the last 6 months:
- Bank statement
- Mobile phone bill
- Utility bill
- Other dated government document
Proof of eligibility
Acceptable evidence would be a letter of eligibility or proof of payment to bank account dated within the last 6 months for one of the following:
- Free School Meals
- Asylum Seekers and Refugees (Evidence via Asylum Application Registration Card – ARC, Visa Document, BRP, or Evisa)
- Universal Credit
- Jobseekers Allowance
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Support
- Disability Living Allowance
- Incapacity Benefit/Severe Disablement Allowance
- Carer’s Allowance
- Child and Working Tax Credit
- Income Support
- Pension Credit
- Looked after children/care leavers
- Employment Support Allowance (ESA)
You are eligible to the scheme if an individual within your household has evidence for any of the above groups. For example, your child is eligible if you are in receipt of Universal Credit, and as a parent or guardian, you would be eligible if you receive Disability Living Allowance for your child.
Photo
You'll also need to upload a photograph which will be displayed on your membership card.
This should resemble a photograph that you would provide when submitting a passport application.

After you apply
You will receive a digital card with a QR code. If you have a smartphone this can be added to the wallet and displayed when accessing discounts and concessions.
If you have noted you have children/dependents to be added to the card, this is shown:
- Android: by clicking on the three dots at the top right of the digital card when this is in your phone’s wallet
- Apple: by clicking on the 'i' information sign on the bottom right of the digital card when this is in your phone’s wallet
If you do not own a smartphone, simply tick the box that indicates this on the sign-up form, and we will send you a physical card.
Please note, the physical card will be sent in addition to the digital card.
