Downloadable material

The Council endeavours to carefully check all our downloadable material for viruses before being uploaded onto the site, however we recommend that, as an extra precaution you run your own virus check on each document you download before saving it to your disk or hard drive as the Council does not warrant that material is virus free.

You are permitted to print and download extracts from our website for your own personal use provided that you do not modify any of the material in any way and such that the Council's copyright is protected.  You are not permitted to use the material in any other way or for any other purpose.

Privacy

Wandsworth Borough Council holds personal information (data) captured about individuals who:

  • Access the Council website (or other sites included in the Council's internet offering as set out above)
  • Where you have voluntarily chosen to give us your personal details via a form on the Council's website or via email

Wandsworth Council uses Google Analytics provided by Google on its website to measure and analyse visitor information, and to help the Council understand how visitors use the Council's website. Confidentiality and security

Where we ask for personal data the secure transmission conforms to Microsoft's 128kb encryption. The Council also has a Verisign certificate to establish the authenticity of the site.

Address information

This website uses information from the Local Land and Property Gazetteer to help you find addresses. The gazetteer is maintained by Wandsworth Borough Council who, together with the Local Government Information House and Royal Mail, own the copyright.

You may take a single screen print of the results of an address search for your own use but you must not change the address information or combine it with other information. You may not re-use address information from the Local Land and Property Gazetteer for any commercial or business purpose nor may you supply it to a third party who may attempt to use it in contravention of these terms and conditions.

Applicable law
