WIASS Service Delivery Update

Like all other services, coronavirus has affected the way we deliver our service to you. Since March 2020, our team has been working from home and calls to our service have been redirected to a mobile number.

Reduced staffing levels, from four full time staff to one, has also impacted on the service we are currently able to provide especially at short notice, i.e. attending meetings or other support. We apologise if you have not been able to access the service the way you would like.

We appreciate you would prefer to speak to us, and your call is important to us, and while we still wish to maintain our commitment to return calls and respond to emails within two working days, there might be occasions when this might not be possible. If this is the case, we will of course let you know.

Our website, www.wandsworth.gov.uk/wiass, provides a comprehensive range of information, templates, and links that you will find useful.

Please continue to bear with us over the coming months, we will be working hard to get back to delivering a normal level of service.
