Your child will need to take the test if you are considering applying for a 2023 place at Ashcroft Technology Academy, Burntwood School, Chestnut Grove Academy or Graveney School.

Year 6 children in Wandsworth schools will no longer automatically sit the test, so if you want them to take it you must register now.

You must also register if your child attends an independent school, a state primary school outside of Wandsworth or is educated at home.

Once you have registered you will be contacted by September 23 with details of where and when your child will take the test.

If your child has an EHCP, they do not have to take the test. If your child receives SEN support, view the test structure for more information.

If you are considering applying for a specialist aptitude place at a Wandsworth school, you will have to take the particular school's aptitude test as well as the Wandsworth Year 6 Test. Further information is available here
