Come to the Work Match jobs roadshow

Looking for work in the hospitality industry? Come to the Wandsworth Work Match Roadshow to find out about job opportunities.
Local hospitality businesses are currently struggling to find staff and Work Match is helping them recruit Wandsworth residents to fill vacancies.
Roles include chefs, front of house, baristas, managers, housekeepers and kitchen staff.
Go along to one of the following sessions to find out about these and other career opportunities across the borough:
- Monday 13th September, 11am-4pm - outside Arding & Hobbs, 315 Lavender Hill, SW11 5QW
- Wednesday 15th September, 11am-4pm - Job Centre Plus, Unit 7b, Putney Exchange, SW15 1TW
- Friday 17th September, 11am –3pm – Ram Quarter, outside Story Coffee, 15 Barley Walk, London SW18 1UL
Cabinet member for economic development, skills & employment Cllr Rhodri Morgan said: “Work Match has helped hundreds of Wandsworth residents into work and helps to ensure that local people are first in line for the vacancies opening up as new businesses come to the area.
“Why not go along and have a chat with one of the Work Match team. They can tell you about current job opportunities, as well as give you more general advice on how they can help you find employment.
"Work Match is a council-run, free service that places local residents with local businesses. The service is free for both job seekers and employers. Work Match also offers support and training to help those looking for a job to be better equipped for securing a position.”
