Find out about owning your own home 

If you live or work in Wandsworth book a place at the council’s Affordable Housing Open Day to find out about schemes to help you own your own home. 

The event is open to everyone with a maximum household income of £90,000 and you will be able to meet with Wandsworth’s Home Ownership Team and local housing providers to find out about the affordable housing options that are available, including: 

• Shared Ownership – where you can part buy/part rent 
• Intermediate Rent – where you can benefit from a discounted rent  

Plus schemes specifically for council tenants such as House Purchase Grants (Portable Discounts).

The event is being held on an appointment basis only.
