Council tenants can book non urgent repairs online 24 hours a day using their own Wandsworth Housing Online account.
Leaseholders are able to report communal repairs required on their block or estate.
Contact Wandsworth Council in the normal way if the repair is urgent.
Deputy council leader Kim Caddy said: “During the current lockdown it is important to ensure all non-urgent housing repairs continue promptly and safely. I’d encourage any tenant or leaseholder who needs a repair to make use of the online service. All visits from council officers or contractors will be subject to additional precautions to ensure the safety of residents and staff.”
The web page includes pictures that allow residents to click the repair they might need. Tenants will receive a confirmation email, and can view the progress of the repair online.
When the repair is issued to the contractor, a further email provides a contact number for the contractor.
For urgent repairs such as leaks, issues with door entry systems or lifts and any other problems that need attention within 24 hours please contact the Council in the normal way and do not report on line.
Aside from repairs, Housing Online accounts can also be used to:
• View your rent, heating & hot water account and non-residential rent accounts with a link to allow you to pay your rent
• View and update your contact details
• Complete a transfer or housing register application then view your registered application

Residents who live on our estates managed by a Co-op should continue to report repairs to the Co-op that manages your property.
In the coming months those residents managed by Battersea Fields, Carey Gardens and Wimbledon Park Co-ops will be able to use the on line system to report their repairs as they use the same IT system as the Council. We will notify you when this is available for you.
