Tooting ward by-election result

The Labour Party has retained its seat in Tooting following yesterday’s (Thursday’s) by-election.
Paul White received 1,467 votes and has now been elected to serve as a member of Wandsworth Council. The by-election was held following the resignation of Tooting councillor Ben Johnson.

The turnout in yesterday's ballot was 20.6 per cent.
