Still a few places left for free enterprise week

The third annual Wandsworth Enterprise Week is just over a week away, so sign up now to secure your place.

The week of free help and support for Wandsworth’s start-ups and small businesses runs from February 29-March 5 and includes workshops, seminars and events across the borough.

There are still some places available on one-to-one advice sessions being held throughout the week. Each 30-minute session offers a chance to pick the brains of advisers from

You can also talk through any particular issues you may be having with your business and find out what local support is available to you.

Spaces are still available at the following sessions:

  • Monday February 29, 9am-5pm – Wandsworth Library
  • Tuesday March 1, 9.30am-4pm – Balham Library
  • Thursday March 2, 11am-4pm – NatWest Business Bus, Asda car park, Clapham Junction.

And there are some places up for grabs on a special session on March 3 aimed at people over 45 who are thinking of starting their own business, facing redundancy, about to retire or considering going self employed. Read more.

Wandsworth Enterprise Week is organised by the council’s Economic Development Office, which supports the local business community.

Places are free but numbers are limited so must be booked in advance. Priority will be given to Wandsworth businesses and residents.
