Wandsworth Enterprise Week is next week, and places are still available at the Wandsworth Business Forum - the borough’s biggest-ever networking event.
Rachel writes about entrepreneurs, start ups and growing businesses for The Telegraph, has a monthly opinion column in The Sunday Telegraph and writes a Soapbox column and SME Masterclass for the Telegraph website. She was enterprise editor at the Sunday Times for nine years and In 2010 she took a one-woman show about entrepreneurs, called How to Make a Million before Lunch, to the Edinburgh fringe festival.
Also now confirmed is Graham Durgan, who will offer insights into how local businesses can succeed further by focusing on strategy, leadership and business development.
Graham (pictured right) is a motivational speaker and council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and has been a Managing Director, Chief Executive or Chairman at top companies including Norman Broadbent (international recruitment) and Barkers (advertising).
Places are free but numbers are limited so must be booked in advance. Priority will be given to Wandsworth businesses and residents.
Those going along will have the chance of being entered into a prize draw to win one years free accountancy services from the Tax Guys, one night’s stay for two at the Pestana Hotel, Chelsea Bridge Road or lunch for two at the Red Pocket Restaurant at the Verta Hotel, Bridges Wharf.
