Sport facility officially opens at Witley Point as part of the regeneration of the Alton Estate

The Mayor of Wandsworth, Cllr Jane Cooper, has opened a £250,000 refurbishment of a multi-use games area (“MUGA”) as part of the Alton regeneration. Children from Heathmere School were invited to a socially-distanced opening event featuring mural painting, daffodil painting and the construction of a bug hotel to encourage wildlife.

Alton Estate masterplan approved

London enters Tier 2

From midnight on Friday October 16, the whole of London will move into ‘Level 2’ restrictions.

This means you must not meet socially with friends and family indoors in any setting unless you live with them or have formed a support bubble with them. This includes private homes, and any other indoor venues such as pubs and restaurants.
