Request a business parking permit refund

A permit may be surrendered for a pro-rata refund on any whole unexpired months calculated from the date that we receive the request and permit. Refunds will only be made to the business and not to an individual and may take up to 14 days to process.

A standard administration fee of £10.70 is applied. Amounts of less than £1 will not be refunded.

How to request a refund

Permits should be returned with a completed refund request form.

Refunds are processed by BACS direct to a nominated bank account or by cheque. Cash refunds cannot be given.
