Resident focus groups
Focus groups are small groups of residents who volunteer to review publications and webpages produced by the department. This could include a group meeting to discuss a publication such as the Annual Report to residents or being a virtual member and reviewing publications via email. The groups are asked to comment on the:
- Relevance of the information contained in the publication
- Clarity of the document
- Layout and design
- Grammar used
- Ease of finding the right information (webpages)
For attending focus group meetings you may receive shopping vouchers as a thank you for your time.
