Description
We have commissioned a design team to assess the feasibility for the redevelopment of previously non-residential areas of the Fitzhugh Estate into new housing, with additional landscaping and amenity improvements, as well as re-provision of community facilities.

Resident and stakeholder engagement
An initial public consultation session took place on Monday 17 July 2023 where the emerging designs for new homes and community facilities within the estate.

We will be holding a further public consultation later in the year to present our developed plans prior to a formal planning submission.
