Thank you to those who responded to the consultation. For all updates and decisions please go to the Transport Planning web pages here.

Overview

The Council has received a petition from some residents of Diprose Lodge and Wilkinson Court SW17 reporting problems with non-resident parking.  We are asking you whether you would like parking controls introduced in Burfield Close. This would mean that:

  • Between 9.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday, only vehicles displaying a valid E1 permit (resident, business or visitor) or pay and display ticket (or paperless equivalent) would be entitled to park in marked bays.
  • Yellow lines would be marked where parking is unsafe or would cause an obstruction.
  • Operation of the Housing estate bays will remain unchanged

The Council would like to demonstrate that any change has the support of local residents so a good response is very important.

Further information on CPZs, costs and a plan showing the proposed layout of the CPZ controls can be found at the bottom of the page and is also available here.

A report will be presented to committee taking all relevant factors into account. We will write to you as soon as we have news of the decision and an update will be provided on the council’s current parking consultations webpage here.

Please complete the online survey below by Monday 5 March 2018. If you would like a paper copy of the document or the survey please contact us at consult@wandsworth.gov.uk
