Report problems

You can report a problem with the services we provide, for example, your rubbish has not been collected on time or your street has not been cleaned.

Phone customer services 020 8871 8558 from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.15pm and Saturday 8.30am to 1.15pm

There is an answering service outside of our opening times, or to report an emergency out of hours please call 020 8871 6000

Email wasteservices@wandsworth.gov.uk.

Our customer service staff will report the problem to the relevant contractor or a senior officer to take action. We will let you know when you should expect the problem to be rectified.

Responding to reported problems

We aim to respond to and take action on complaints the same day (Monday to Friday only):

To report a problem with the refuse services or request a bulky item collection, or make an enquiry about the refuse services, please email wasteservices@wandsworth.gov.uk

To report a problem with the recycling services, order recycling sacks or make an enquiry about recycling, please email recycling@wandsworth.gov.uk.

To report a problem with the street cleansing services, report illegally dumped rubbish, or make an enquiry about the street cleansing services, please email wasteservices@wandsworth.gov.uk.
