Nursery schools

A child in nursery school

Starting nursery education is an important step in your child's life. Early Years education has been shown to provide children with a firm foundation for future achievement in life. All children aged between three and five are now entitled to a free part-time nursery education place either in a Wandsworth Council school (called a maintained school) or in a private or voluntary sector nursery, nursery school, playgroup or in an independent school registered as a provider of free nursery education places.
