Go dry this January

Published: Tuesday 2nd January 18

The Wandsworth Alcohol Alliance is backing the Dry January campaign, and is encouraging local people to sign up.

Dry January is run by the national charity Alcohol Concern, supported by Public Health England. Take part to give your bodies a chance to recover from the Christmas and new year festivities and reflect on your drinking habits longer term.

The Wandsworth Alcohol Alliance is a partnership of the council’s public health, community safety, licensing, trading standards and service commissioners together with the NHS and the police. Alliance members are working together to reduce the harm that drinking excessively can cause.

Sign up to Dry January here.

Find out if the amount you drink is harming your health by taking the Wandsworth Drink Checker Test.
