Care and support
There are many different types of help for people with care and support needs. If you feel you need some extra support, then a little help with things like shopping may make it easier for you to stay living independently at home.
You will find information here about care services, equipment, and other support. There are outreach services, day services, support groups, advocacy services and more. You will also find places that offer advice about social care and organisations that can help you organise your own care.
