New Beginnings

DescriptionThis is a self-management course for people living with, or in recovery from, a mental health condition. The course is delivered in a group, with guided open discussion and peer support, focusing on areas like stress and anxiety.

The courses are run over seven weekly sessions, on the same day each week, with each session lasting for 2 hours 30 minutes, with a maximum group size of 12 participants.
