National Rail - Disabled travellers

DescriptionSpecial travel arrangements may be made for disabled or mobility impaired customers by contacting the company that operates the station your journey leaves from. If you tell them 24 hours before you want to travel they will give you assistance at all stages of your journey and make any special arrangements.

If the station is a Network Rail station, you may need to contact the train company you are travelling with. You can find out more on the National Rail Enquiries website.
