DescriptionDeafblind UK is a national charity offering specialist services and human support to deafblind people and those who have progressive sight and hearing loss acquired throughout their lives.

They offer a range of services for deafblind people, such as:

- Communicator guides
- An information and advice helpline
- Residential home support
- Supported accommodation
- Specialist services, including help with assessments of need
- Independent living teams, offering many types of support within one team

Deafblind UK runs a London outreach project, which focuses on reducing the feeling of isolation and the impact on the mental health of older people (60+) with dual impairment. It offers befriending services and support to deafblind people in Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark and some other London areas.
