DescriptionThis project provides one-to-one support, information or advice, support to make your views known and to talk to professionals, and offers a space to talk about how your situation affects you. They can offer out-of-hours support for working carers where needed.

The project helps people find their way around mental health systems and provides information on mental health conditions, treatments and resources available locally. You can get in contact by phone or email for more information.

The project also offers:

- Regular evening information sessions
- A monthly support group (with Rethink Mental Illness)
- Workshops for mental health professionals, and family members
- Information on training, courses and similar opportunities specific to mental health
- Opportunities to be a carer representative at formal meetings, or be involved in the development of mental health services in other ways
- Opportunities to co-produce workshops, training and information sessions
- Signposting to other local organisations and resources
