DescriptionThe Wandsworth branch of the Alzheimer's Society provides information, advice and support to anyone in the borough with a diagnosis of dementia, and their families and carers. Ongoing support includes help with accessing benefits and support services. They also offer dementia training and information for carers, people with dementia, volunteers and health professionals. Services include:

- Dementia support workers (supporting families, can do home visits)
- Dementia advisor service (primarily supporting the person with dementia, can do home visits)
- Carers' peer support groups (daytime, evening and weekend groups available)
- Peer support group for people in the early stages of dementia (Little Grey Cells)
- Four weekend dementia cafes across Wandsworth (providing support, information and social engagement)
- 'Singing for the Brain'® (musical deep-brain stimulation)
- Carers' Information and Support Programmes (CrISP 1 and 2, for people at different stages)
- 'Life After Diagnosis' programme for people recently diagnosed with dementia
- A tri-annual newsletter
