DescriptionKatherine Low Settlement (KLS) is a multi-purpose community and social action centre in Battersea. It offers a range of events and activities, including socials, reminiscences, outings, games such as cards, a health group and a lunch club. The centre provides services for people with different needs, from young carers to older people to people with mental health needs and more. The following activities are available for older people:

- Line Dancing (Mondays, 2.30pm to 3.30pm)
- T'ai Chi (Various days and times)
- Lunch club (Wednesday and Thursday, 12 midday to 2pm)
- 'Dance for Life' with the Royal Ballet School (Wednesdays, 11.30am to 12.30pm)
- 'Singing for the Brain' for people with dementia and their carers (Fridays, 2pm to 4pm)
- Little Club, a member-run social club (Tuesdays, 12 to 3.30pm, alternately at KLS and Dimson Lodge in Battersea Church Road)
- Gold and Silver Players Drama group (Thursdays from 1.30pm)
- Free armchair exercise class: transport can be provided (Thursdays, 11am to midday)

There are also other activities and services available, including:
- Yoga for everyone (Mondays, 11.30am to 1pm)
- Power yoga (various days and times)
- ESOL class (Mon, 9.30am to 12midday and Tues, 10am to 12midday)
- Young carers club (Monday, Thursday and Friday evenings, times vary)
- Mama Low's Kitchen, a mental health drop-in with Sound Minds (Fridays, 11am to 3pm)
- Various dance groups, singing and DJing for people with learning disabilities, by Act Too

Katherine Low Settlement aims to encourage and support people to participate in and run their own groups to meet their needs. Dial-a-Ride transport can be arranged if necessary.
