DescriptionThis is a social group for blind and partially sighted runners or joggers, which aims to help people increase their fitness and health, meet new friends and increase their confidence. The group is arranged by UK Athletics qualified leaders from Run England who support blind and visually impaired runners. Guide runners will also be available for anyone who needs a guide to run with.

The group's four leaders are all experienced runners from Sutton Runners and qualified UKA Leaders in Running Fitness. The group meets at Beddington Park in Sutton every Sunday morning from 11am to midday. There can be a collection service arranged for those requiring it from Wallington Park at 10:30am to travel over to Beddington Park together. The group is inclusive and is open to all blind and visually impaired runners or joggers over the age of 12, whatever their running ability. If you are interested in getting fit, making new friends or training for the Metro Games then this group could be perfect for you.
