Heritage 2 Health (H2H)

DescriptionHeritage2Health runs events and learning experiences where people of all ages and abilities come together to try something new. These take place in countryside or heritage spaces.

Participants join a group for the day. The group might create something together or try a challenge event, a treasure hunt, a boat ride, a country trail or be asked to create something together. Apart from what could be a physical challenge, participants are encouraged to think about themselves and other people in a different way.

The project is focused on working with people who consider themselves to be excluded because of age, disability, the demands of caring and those who are socially isolated.
