DescriptionRAD is a national Deaf-led charity that works to promote equality for Deaf people by providing accessible services. The charity has been working with sign language users since 1841 and offers a range of services for the Deaf community, including:

- Advice, advocacy and employment support
- Health and social care support
- Interpreting
- Deaf community groups and events
- Children, young people's and family services
- A Deaf Law Quality Mark, for legal service providers that are accessible to deaf people
- An employment support service, which is part of Talent Match
- Deaf Achieve job clubs and workshops
