DescriptionThe London Ambulance Service responds to emergency 999 calls and provides medical care to patients across the capital 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Always call 999 in a life-threatening emergency (if someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk) to ask for an ambulance.
