DescriptionWardley Street is a new respite care service in the borough of Wandsworth for adults with learning disabilities. Experienced, trained staff provide support for individuals so that carers can have planned short-term breaks from caring. It can also support individuals who need emergency respite. The service is run by the charity Certitude and is registered with the CQC to provide care for up to seven service users with learning disabilities.

There are a number of activities for people to take part in, if they wish to, and all service users have a support plan. The service offers:

- A modern, two floor property
- A location close to the local high street and other amenities
- Adaptations on the ground floor for people with high support needs
