It is on the High Street in Roehampton and has seven self-contained modern flats, some with en-suite facilities. St Mary's is within walking distance of Richmond Park and close to local amenities such as cafés, restaurants and local shops.

Other services are also provided at St Mary's, including respite care, day services, shared care and a buddy scheme. The day centre is open to people who live outside of St Mary's as well as residents of the residential home. The centre offers activities and opportunities for social education and development.
