DescriptionThis foundation (QEF) is a charity that works to help people with physical disabilities and learning disabilities or acquired brain injuries to gain new skills and increase their independence.

Many of their services provide residential care for disabled people to offer appropriate support, care and focus. Their services cover a range of areas including everyday life skills, rebuilding a life affected by brain injury, acquiring the skills to drive a specially adapted car, and training for future employment. QEF services are provided by four specialist departments:

- Independent living services
- Mobility services
- Neuro rehabilitation services
- Vocational services
