DescriptionYour Way is a service from the mental health charity Together, which offers services to help people who are experiencing mental health issues. The main services they offer in Wandsworth includes 'Going Forward' and 'Your Way' support packages.

- Going Forward

Going Forward is a tailor-made programme of support for up to 12 weeks with a Your Way worker or Peer Supporter in Wandsworth. If you have a mental health diagnosis, Your Way can work with you to overcome the obstacles you may face.

Whether you want to learn to manage your condition, return to work, enter education, find new hobbies and social activities, solve housing issues or organize your finances, Your Way can help you work out strategies to stay well and plan for the future.

All of our workers are experienced in supporting people with mental health problems in the community and have a wealth of knowledge to share. You can also come to an open session where you can meet others with lived experience who may be able to support you on your journey towards wellbeing with issues such as confidence, assertiveness and communication.

- Ongoing support with Your Way

If you do feel that you need some on-going support once Going Forward ends, then Your Way can help you apply for a personal budget, money you can spend on whatever you need to keep on top of your mental wellbeing.

This could include buying on-going support from Your Way. We’ll work with you to build a package of support based on your needs and your budget. You can also buy packages geared towards specific goals, like getting and keeping a job, building social networks or getting out and about more.

- Other services

Together also runs a drop-in service on Wednesdays from 9.30am-12.30pm, as well as various clubs and groups.
