Support groups and self-help

Support groups and self-help

Support groups are a place to meet others who have had similar experiences or have a similar disability or health condition. There are also groups for carers. Wandsworth Carers' Centre offers many carers support groups. Support groups are also a place where people come together to talk about their views and experiences and put forward those shared views together, for example to help improve local services.
