Hospices offer end of life care to people with long-term conditions, and support for their families and carers. There are a few hospices across south west London near to Wandsworth. Charities like Marie Curie Cancer Care and some hospices also offer end of life care to people in their own homes or other services, such as home volunteer support.

Social work staff, care co-ordinators, MacMillan nurses and GPs can also provide lists of hospices that might be suitable and can discuss this with you if they think it's appropriate.
