You can learn new things at any age. There are colleges that offer courses for everyone, in the day and evening, and other places to learn new skills. Some are informal places to learn, like cafes and libraries. Other places offer complete courses, both full-time and part-time. You can do courses online or by distance learning and some people can even get extra benefits, like Disabled Students Allowance, while studying.
