Some carers find they have little time to themselves to have balanced meals, fit in exercise, and to relax and get enough sleep. You can get information about keeping healthy from places like NHS Choices and Carers Direct. Charities such as Carers Trust and Carers UK are also a great place to start. There are lots of local services to help you stay active and healthy as well.
