Meeting people and staying in touch
Getting out and meeting people can make a big difference. There are lots of ways to meet others and stay in touch, such as community and social groups, online forums and services, drop-in centres and more. You can find befriending services and some home visiting services too. These offer the chance to meet people, have a conversation, and spend some time together either over the phone or at home.
