Exercise and fitness
Exercise and keeping fit helps you to stay healthy. It is also good for your mental health and can help boost your mood. Exercise doesn't have to mean going to the gym - it can simply involve doing a physical activity you enjoy. There are many sports and groups on offer, including Pilates, Tai Chi, Zumba, and more. Active Lifestyles is a council service that runs all sorts of sessions for people of all abilities.
If you have fallen or are worried about falling, there are special classes to help reduce the risk of falling and build your confidence. You can find chair-based exercise classes as well.
