Recycling sack deliveries
If we collect your waste in ordinary dustbins or rubbish sacks.
Three rolls of 30 recycling sacks should be delivered to you once a year.
Christmas and New Years Day
Our waste collection and street cleaning services do not operate on Christmas Day or New Years Day. Following these Bank Holidays, services will occur one day later for the rest of the week.
Your street should be litter-picked soon after dustbins and recycling sacks are collected so that any spillage from waste awaiting collection is cleared promptly.
All streets should be cleaned thoroughly at least once a week. This service removes all litter, rubbish, fouling, leaves, grit, stones, small fly tips (up to 2 cubic metres) and any weeds over 10cm high. The busiest streets such as town centres and main roads are swept between once and six times daily.
If bad weather conditions disrupt our services, we will provide more information on this page.
