“This year’s event promises to be better than ever, and I would urge people to avoid disappointment by buying their ticket as soon as possible.”

Very good

5 November 2016

All a bit of a shambles this year Wandsworth. Have tried to purchase tickets for over a month, however the website has been down, and still is. Today got an email response back from ticket people (after sending 2 emails this week again) saying that tickets have run out and to contact the event organiser. Evidently tickets have now sold out, however there isn't any information on the website. Please at least put a note up on the site saying "Sold Out". It is quite a simple thing to do. Also is the ticket company based in Netherlands? Amused to see half of email is in Dutch!

I have tried to purchase tickets with various different browsers and it does not give an option to purchase tickets. Can something be done to resolve this as it seems many people are having technical issues with the purchasing of tickets.

I have confirmation that I have bought a ticket, the money has been taken, when I try to download the ticket from the "ticketscript" email link, the document that is downloaded is blank. I am VERY CONSERNED that money has been taken and no tickets have been issued!!! :-(

Children under 10 go free. How about children over 10 - do I need to purchase an adult ticket? There are no other options for a child's ticket.
