Published: Wednesday 29th February 12

The next Let’s Talk event, giving local people the chance to have a one-to-one chat with the leader of Wandsworth Council, will be online.

Councillor GovindiaMembers of community website Streetlife will be able to post questions between 2pm and 3pm on Thursday (March 1). The leader, Ravi Govindia, will answer as many as possible during that period.

Membership of Streetlife is free. The website is an online forum that enables people to chat to their neighbours or to members of the wider community.

Cllr Govindia wants to hear what local people think about council services, including street cleaning, parking, schools and housing, and what else the council should be doing to meet local needs. As part of the Wandsworth Challenge the council is keen to engage with local people and communities.
