Walk4Life is a council and NHS Wandsworth scheme which gives people the chance to go on free guided walks around the borough.

The walks are led by trained volunteers who can advise and guide people on how to build up their physical activity at a pace that suits them.

The Walk4Life team has also been touring the borough's supermarkets with a step counter to show how easy it is to reach the recommended 10,000 steps a day. Customers who took part were entered into a draw. The winners' names can now be viewed at www.wandworth.gov.uk/change4life.
