Sign up for an active lifestyle

 Wandsworth residents and non-residents aged 50 and over can sign up for a free physical activity programme run by the council.

Active Lifestyles 50+ aims to encourage people to get more exercise. Members receive updated information on physical activity and exercise opportunities in Wandsworth as well as up and coming programmes and events.

It is free to join the programme. There may be a charge for some classes, but most are subsidised for over 50s. Activities include keep fit, health walks, chair-based exercise, dancing and Tai Chi.
